This is from a 3 yo with an unresectable posterior mediastinal mass involving vertebral foramen and spinal cord, diagnosed as a poorly differentiated neuroblastoma. The images are from an attempted resection after chemotherapy, and show a range from differentiating neuroblastoma to fully mature ganglioneuroma. The maturation seen in many areas is a treatment effect. |
