Classic histology for what? PLGA, ACC, or PA?

This is adenoid cystic carcinoma of the hard palate. 100% of the biopsy was lesional tissue. The degreee of cribiforming is good for that diagnosis. Smaller biopsies, or biopsies with less diagnostic tissue than this could be signed out as c/w ACC BUT PLGA and PA can not be ruled out due to the limited nature of the biopsy.

Classic histology for adenoid cystic... (sorry for the delayed reponse). Don't forget, these occur in locations other than the salavary glands. This is a great example in breast - [Ref #1]
